On 17-19 WRRC and the town of Cheyenne had a depot days. WRRC hosted it at they shop. It was a big susses and very fun. We were able to set up curved track around the whole parking lot close to 350 feet. I was not able to have my camera on Friday and Saturday but i remembered on the way out the door on Sunday. Here are some fun pictures from Sunday. This is a weekend I will never forget.
Here's the train chugging up hill.
This is a original 1911 Cagney. WRRC just finished with its nice shades of blue.
Its about 8:15 just about ready for fire up. From my old post with the locomotive with no jacket we ran it on Friday and Saturday with a jacket and ran like a dream but at the last minute it broke down so we had to put the number 2 on the track and use her for pulling people around.
WRRC built these nice crossings and railroad crossings for the depot days.
Here I am again gaining speed for the big up hill coming.
For they depot days the trolley and buses stopped by a model train show, the UP steam shop, and then to WRRC.
Be watching out for the WRRC ribbon cutting!
